The lodge at Dixons Den was absolutely amazing! The room had a cozy, homely vibe that made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable.
Personally, I found the hot tub in the lodge a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

My stay at the property was great value for money. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby places of interest like Alnmouth and Bamburgh. The hot tub was a lovely addition, and it was even checked and cleaned daily. The bathroom and toilet were impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including pans and utensils. I was pleasantly surprised to find wine and chocolates as a welcome surprise upon arrival. The property had a good supply of crockery and cutlery. The outside seating area was also a nice touch.
Although the property was generally great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The hot tub was surrounded by a swarm of flying insects, which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

My recent stay at Dixons Den was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The villa was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a definite highlight. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bottle of wine and biscuits provided upon arrival was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
I did notice a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The bench style seating in the living room wasn't as comfortable for relaxing in the evenings compared to other lodges I've stayed at.

We had a great weekend stay for my son's birthday. The lodge was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and was well-maintained, with someone checking it each day. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to explore nearby. We also appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolates that were provided upon arrival.
There were a few things that could have been better. The lack of information booklet in the lodge made it difficult to figure out the heating and find local information.

Had an amazing stay at Dixon's Den recently with my family. The villa was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and we enjoyed spending time there. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine and biscuits was a lovely touch. we highly recommend Dixon's Den for a relaxed getaway.
Although the bench style seating in the living room wasn't as comfortable as we'd like, it was clearly shown in the pictures. It would have been great to have a screen between the hot tub and the door for added privacy.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend getaway with friends. the accommodation was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, conveniently close to popular tourist spots such as Alnmouth and Bamburgh. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the bottle of wine and chocolates that were waiting for us upon arrival. the lodge was well-equipped and had a lovely decor, making us feel right at home. the hot tub was definitely a highlight, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
the hot tub seemed to attract a swarm of flying insects which made it slightly uncomfortable to stay in for long periods of time. the kitchen could have benefitted from more cleaning supplies, as we had to improvise when wiping down the countertops.

We had an amazing stay at a cozy little spot called Dixons Den. The value for money was excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from Alnwick, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The only thing that could have made our morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The location was great for exploring nearby places like Alnmouth and Bamburgh. Loved the surprise welcome package of wine and chocolates. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect for my cooking adventures.
Oh, how I adored the rusty radiators and chipped cooker. Such lovely touches in a dated caravan.

The location of the lodge was perfect, with easy access to nearby places of interest. the hot tub was a great feature and provided a relaxing experience. the lodge was clean and well-maintained, with a good supply of crockery and cutlery.
The bedrooms and beds were on the small side, making it less suitable for larger groups or individuals who prefer more space. Some amenities, such as a dishwasher and tumbler, were missing, leading to inconvenience.
